OMNI-2100 is an autonomous real-time VOC analyzer free of carrier gas or continuous human supervision. It has a sampling time ranging from 2 minutes in highly polluted environments to 40 minutes in cleaner environments. The analyzer is lightweight (10 lbs) and ideal for mobile and remote operation indoors and outdoors. It has both WiFi and LTE capabilities for uninterrupted remote communication and data streaming.
The OMNI-2100 IoT platform delivers real-time measurements providing end-users with a complete picture of the ambient target pollutants with data granularity across time.

Fenceline Monitoring & Elevated Readings
While Method 325 is an accurate, low-cost method to report benzene, it yields the cumulative value over the 2-week sampling period and not the hourly concentrations in real-time. When investigating elevated readings or performing corrective actions, the lack of granularity in the data can be a disadvantage. Providing actionable data allows for early identification and investigation of elevated readings that contribute to exceedances to internal thresholds and the action limit set by the EPA, hence it is a complementary tool to Method 325.

As mentioned before, Method 325 is an accurate, low-cost way to report average benzene concentrations. Although passive sampling tubes will accurately capture any spikes in benzene concentration, it is not done in real-time. In many cases there are neighborhoods, schools, etc. that are in close proximity to a facilities fenceline. Placing an OMNI-2100 between the facilities fenceline and area of concern provide critical early detection, identification and alerts to both onsite staff and the surrounding community.
